So I’m installing Tein Flex Z coilovers on my NB and after putting them on I’m trying to adjust the height without changing the spring pre-load . That should entail making sure the lower lock is loose and I should be able to spin the entire top of the housing to lower it or raise it without changing the spring pre-load .
