Continuing and Professional Education is the new name for the University of Oregon Academic Extension Office. CPE will continue to host and provide lifelong learning programs, conference services, and professional education opportunities.
An important dimension of the University of Oregon ’s responsibility to continuing education is the Community Education Program, which makes university courses available to people who are not formally admitted to the university. Community education students may register for a maximum of 8 credits per academic .
